Personio is the HR system of many small and mid-sized European companies, from German machine builders to Spanish facility service firms. Each organisation has its own isolated database, Personio credentials are encrypted and never shown to agents, and owners and admins choose which roles may use each Personio tool. Every call is written to the hash-chained activity log, which your works council or data protection officer can export and review. Nobody has to trust a promise; they can read the record.
