Fracttal is a cloud maintenance platform with strong roots in Latin America and Spain, used by manufacturers, mining and energy companies, hospitals, retail chains and facility service providers. Teams manage assets, work orders, preventive maintenance plans, inventory and purchase requests, and many connect sensor data to their assets. Fracttal teams are often spread across countries, sites and contractors. Getting one clear picture from all of them takes time and a lot of filters.
Agentic CMMS gives your Fracttal account an MCP server. Managers and technicians can ask Claude, ChatGPT or another AI agent about work, assets and spares in their own words and their own language. An approved agent can also create and update work. You connect Fracttal once on the Connect page, and the credentials are checked against Fracttal before they are saved.
What your AI agent can do with Fracttal
- Compare sites. "How many corrective work orders did each plant in Chile and Peru open last month?" The agent groups the work orders by location and type.
- Raise work in any language. "Crea una orden de trabajo para la bomba B-12: fuga en el sello mecánico." The agent finds the asset and opens the work order.
- Follow a maintenance plan. "Which tasks in the compressor maintenance plan are due this month, and which have no technician yet?"
- Read the asset sheet. "Show the details of Generator G-3: location, criticality, last service and open work."
- Check inventory across warehouses. "Where do we have the 40-amp contactor in stock, and how many?" The agent lists each warehouse with its quantity.
- Track purchase requests. "Which purchase requests for spare parts are still waiting for approval?"
- Summarise contractor work. "List the work orders closed by our HVAC contractor this quarter, with the hours they reported."
- Close a job from site. "Finish my work order on Chiller 2 and add a note that the refrigerant was topped up."
Fracttal with your other systems
Fracttal holds the maintenance record. ERP, edge devices and field service tools hold the rest. Connect them and one question can reach them all:
- Check the purchase order in Odoo behind a Fracttal purchase request and tell the technician when the part will arrive.
- Read machine data from Litmus Edge and open a Fracttal work order when a temperature stays above its limit.
- Compare Fracttal jobs with the field visits planned in Praxedo so a client site does not get two crews on the same day.
- Combine Fracttal history with production data in Google BigQuery for a cost-per-asset analysis.
For teams that work across borders
Multi-country maintenance teams need one set of rules and one record of what happened, whatever language people speak. Each person approves their own agent with their own login, owners and admins decide which roles may use each Fracttal tool, and every call goes into an activity log you can export for any site.
