IBM Maximo is the enterprise asset management system behind power grids, refineries, rail networks, airports and large factories. It tracks assets and locations in deep hierarchies, plans work with job plans and preventive maintenance records, and keeps a long history of failures, labour and materials. That depth is its strength. It is also why simple questions take a planner twenty minutes of saved queries, start centres and exports.

Only if you approve it for read and write access. Each person signs in and approves their own agent, so changes are tied to that person and written to the activity log.
